Chia Seed Porridge

**Porridge**
 
2 C Raw grass fed milk
½ C Chia Seeds
2 tsp Maca Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
1 tsp Mesquite Powder
1 tsp Macuna Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Cordyceps Powder
½ tsp Chaga Biomass Powder
½ tsp Reishi Biomass Powder
pinch Holy Basil Powder
 
**Topping**
 
Goji Berries
Hemp Seeds
Cacao Nibs
Bee Pollen
Fresh Fruit (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
Chocolate Syrup
 

Pour milk into mixing bowl and add chia seeds. Stir for a minute or so until all chia seeds are well submerged. Add remaining ingredients and stir very well to combine. Let sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes thick and porridge-like consistency; add more milk if needed. Transfer to bowls and top with suggested toppings above. Drizzle chocolate syrup first, then add fruit and goji berries and finish with hemp seeds and bee pollen – enjoy!

YIELDS – 2 breakfast size portions
